You can cancel directly from My Appointments. To reschedule, cancel the existing booking and pick a new slot — most clinics keep their calendars updated in real time.
How are clinics verified?add
Clinics go through a listing review before they appear in search, and ratings are only ever left by patients who booked through the platform.
